Since starting Out of the Woods Consulting, I have provided numerous clients with project management assistance. Please contact me to discuss your particular needs. Some past projects include:

• Laying the volunteer and program groundwork for a childhood obesity initiative at a major health system until funding for a full time director was secured.
• Planning and coordinating the customer service training program for a health care provider.
• Planning the kickoff publicity for a health center.
• Coordinating a major national conference for a women’s organization.
• Planning and providing "fundraising 101" training opportunities to area non-profits.
• Working along-side an executive director to develop an operational strategic plan around their board’s desired outcomes.
